Terms of Service
Effective date: October 1, 2026\
Legal operator: CloudJinix\
Business address: Gulshan, Dhaka - 1212, Bangladesh\
Contact: support@jinix.cloud
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern CloudJinix and related services: JinixPanel hosting,
cPanel hosting where offered, VPS/AI VPS, domain registration and
management, aami.bio portfolio services and dokaan.shop stores. Creating
an account, placing an order, paying an invoice or using a service means
you accept the applicable Terms and product policies. Do not use the
service if you disagree.
2. Order-specific terms
The product page, selected package, checkout summary, billing cycle,
limits and policies displayed at purchase form part of the order.
Product-specific policies add to these Terms. Mandatory law prevails
over any conflicting clause.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate account, billing and contact details. You are
responsible for activity under your credentials except to the extent
caused by CloudJinix's proven failure to apply reasonable security
controls. Notify support promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
4. Service description and changes
CloudJinix provides the features, resources and service levels stated
for the purchased package. Features may depend on plan and third-party
providers. We may maintain, update, replace or retire features for
legal, security, technical or commercial reasons. We will provide notice
of material adverse changes where reasonably practicable and required by
law.
5. Prices, BDT and taxes
Bangladesh-facing prices are shown in BDT (৳) first unless checkout
states otherwise. Checkout must show the payable amount, billing period,
renewal price, setup fees, add-ons, applicable taxes and disclosed
gateway/conversion fees before confirmation. Invoices must be paid by
their due dates.
6. Billing cycles and renewal
Available cycles may include hourly, daily, monthly, quarterly,
semi-annual, annual or other periods as shown at checkout. Not all
cycles apply to all products. Introductory prices may differ from
renewal prices; disclose the renewal amount and cycle before purchase
and, where applicable, renewal. A longer prepaid term does not
automatically entitle the customer to a refund for unused time.
7. VPS billing rules
The VPS order must disclose the selected hourly/daily/monthly/long-term
cycle, rate, billing start event, rounding/minimum charge, renewal
behaviour and end-of-term result. - Hourly/daily billing applies to the
disclosed billable period; it is not unlimited free use. - Stopping or
shutting down a VPS does not itself cancel the service or stop charges
for allocated disk, IP, snapshots, licences or add-ons. - Separate
storage/IP/backup/licence fees must be disclosed before purchase. -
Terminating a VPS may permanently delete its VM and local data; export
data first. - Billing-cycle changes apply only after confirmation and do
not erase accrued charges. - Configure and disclose
`[ADMIN: hourly start event]`, `[ADMIN: rounding/minimum charge]`,
`[ADMIN: daily partial-period rule]`, `[ADMIN: expiry timezone]`,
`[ADMIN: stopped-resource charges]` and
`[ADMIN: auto-renew/termination rule]`.
8. Payment and wallet
A payment is confirmed only after gateway confirmation or documented
manual verification. Do not repeat a pending payment without checking
status. Wallet and promotional credits, auto-debit, withdrawals and
reversals are governed by the Payment & Wallet Policy and Refund Policy.
Promotional restrictions must be disclosed when credit is issued.
9. Acceptable use and resource limits
Do not use services for unlawful activity, malware, phishing,
unauthorised attacks/scanning, spam, infringement, fraud or interference
with infrastructure. Do not bypass resource limits, licence checks,
security controls or billing. CPU, RAM, storage, traffic, inodes,
processes, databases, websites, domains and other limits depend on the
purchased plan. CloudJinix may apply proportionate limits or suspend an
immediate threat under the Acceptable Use Policy.
10. Content, security and backups
You are responsible for the legality and rights associated with your
content, application updates, credentials, secure configuration and
independent backups unless a written service description expressly
states otherwise. Backup/snapshot/restore features do not guarantee
recovery of every file or database. See the Backup & Data Retention
Policy.
11. Suspension and termination
Services may be restricted, suspended or terminated for non-payment,
security risks, abuse, unlawful use, material breach, necessary
maintenance or provider action. Where reasonably possible, notice and a
chance to remedy will be provided. Immediate action may be taken to
protect systems or comply with law. Follow the published Billing,
Suspension & Data Retention Policy. Do not publish a deletion deadline
until it is configured, tested and clearly disclosed before purchase.
12. Third-party providers and licences
Services may rely on Proxmox, payment gateways, registrars, DNS/CDN
providers, operating-system images, control panels, application
templates and other third parties. Their terms, licences, availability
and restrictions apply. You are responsible for licences covering your
own workloads.
13. Domains, aami.bio and dokaan.shop
Domain registration is subject to availability, registry/registrar
rules, verification and renewal deadlines. A search result does not
reserve a domain. Free subdomains under aami.bio or dokaan.shop are
subject to the relevant product rules and may be restricted for abuse,
security, legal or operational reasons. On aami.bio, you are responsible
for profile content and claims. On dokaan.shop, the merchant is
responsible for products, prices, stock, fulfilment, returns, taxes and
buyer support; CloudJinix is not automatically the seller.
14. SLA
An uptime target or service credit applies only if stated in the current
SLA Guarantee, including its measurement, exclusions, claim process and
limits. General marketing language is not a separate uptime guarantee.
15. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation stops future renewal only after confirmation; it does not
automatically cancel accrued charges or unpaid invoices. Refund
eligibility and exclusions are governed by the Refund & Cancellation
Policy and applicable law.
16. Privacy
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Do not submit
another person's personal data without a lawful basis and any required
permission.
17. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided according
to the published package and SLA; no additional guarantee is implied.
Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be
excluded. Any liability cap must be reviewed by legal counsel before
publication: `[ADMIN: legally reviewed liability cap, if lawful]`.
18. Changes, law and disputes
The current version and effective date will be published. Material
changes will be notified and re-accepted where required. Complete these
before publication: `[ADMIN: governing law]`,
`[ADMIN: venue/dispute process]`. Do not remove non-waivable statutory
rights.
