FAQ & Help Centre
Accounts and security
How do I create an account? Register using the information requested
and keep your email and billing details current. Use a unique, strong
password and protect your email account. Never share passwords, OTPs,
payment PINs or private keys with anyone.
I cannot log in. Use password recovery if available. Otherwise
contact support@jinix.cloud from your registered email with your service
ID or invoice number. Do not email your password.
JinixPanel and cPanel hosting
What is JinixPanel? JinixPanel is CloudJinix's own hosting control
panel. Depending on your package and enabled configuration, it may
include website/domain management, SSL, WordPress installation/SSO,
application and runtime management, database tools, file management,
cron jobs, DNS, security tools, backups and resource metrics.
Are all runtimes and databases included? No. Supported PHP/runtime
versions, project types, database engines, terminal/SSH, Docker and
resource limits depend on the purchased package. Check the package page
and dashboard.
How do I access cPanel? Use the cPanel link in your CloudJinix
dashboard or service email. CloudJinix billing and the cPanel interface
may be separate.
Does hosting include application development or cleanup? Only if
explicitly listed in your plan or purchased separately. Custom coding,
third-party plugin repair, malware cleanup and migrations are not
automatically included.
VPS billing
Which billing cycles are available? Selected VPS products may offer
hourly, daily, monthly or longer prepaid periods. Not every cycle is
available for every product. The checkout summary must state the rate,
billing unit, resources, renewal terms and any extra fees.
When does hourly billing start? At the start event shown in
checkout, normally when the VPS is provisioned and made available. The
rate and billing start must be visible before confirmation.
Does stopping a VPS stop charges? Not necessarily. Disk, reserved
IP, snapshots, backups, licences or add-ons may continue to incur
charges while the VM is stopped. The product page must say exactly which
charges continue. Stopping is not cancellation.
What happens if I delete a VPS? Termination may permanently erase
the VM and local data. Export data first. Deleting a VPS does not
automatically create a refund entitlement.
What happens after non-payment? CloudJinix may send reminders,
restrict or suspend a service and eventually terminate it under the
published Billing, Suspension & Data Retention Policy. Pending payments,
disputes and manual holds must be checked before destructive deletion.
Payments and wallet
Which currency is used? BDT (৳) is the primary display currency for
Bangladesh-facing orders. If a transaction uses another currency,
disclose it before payment.
My payment succeeded but the invoice is unpaid. Do not pay again
immediately. Keep the transaction ID, amount, time and invoice number,
then contact support@jinix.cloud.
Can wallet credit be withdrawn? Not automatically. Wallet credit,
promotional credit, refunds and withdrawals are governed by the Payment
& Wallet Policy, Refund Policy, provider rules and applicable law.
Domains, aami.bio and dokaan.shop
Can I connect an external domain? Where supported, apply the DNS
records shown in your dashboard. DNS propagation and third-party
registrar behaviour are outside CloudJinix's direct control.
Are free subdomains permanent? A free subdomain may be provided
under the applicable product rules while the eligible account/service
remains active. "Free" does not mean permanent ownership or guaranteed
uninterrupted availability. Do not promise "forever" unless approved and
operationally supported.
Who is responsible for dokaan.shop sales? The store owner is
responsible for products, prices, stock, shipping, returns, taxes, legal
compliance and buyer support. CloudJinix is not automatically the seller
of merchant products.
Backups and SLA
Backup options, schedule, retention and restore limits depend on the
package. Keep an independent copy of important data. An SLA commitment
applies only if the current SLA defines its target, measurement,
exclusions and remedy. This FAQ does not promise 100% uptime.
