Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Prohibited use includes illegal activity; malware, ransomware, phishing

or credential theft; unauthorised attacks/scanning; spam or unsolicited

bulk email/SMS; copyright/trademark/privacy violations; fraud,

impersonation or stolen data; abusive workloads that violate package

limits; bypassing security, licence, billing or resource controls; and

storing/transmitting sensitive data without proper authority or

protection. Cryptocurrency mining, open proxies, mail relays, VPN/resale

and other high-risk workloads are allowed only if the selected package

and server policy expressly permit them.

CloudJinix may investigate reports, request information, limit

resources, isolate a workload, suspend or terminate a service where

reasonably necessary and lawful. Notice and a chance to remedy may be

provided where practicable; immediate action may be taken for serious

threats. Report abuse to support@jinix.cloud with evidence and
